AI and LiDAR-Based Industrial Pool Robots from CHASING Poolmate

The year 2026 marks a new era in the pool industry, where technology is no longer evaluated solely in terms of comfort, but through continuity, durability, and long-term cleaning standards. CHASING Poolmate stands among the leading brands that adapt their underwater engineering expertise to pools of different scales through wired, hybrid, and cordless pool robot solutions. In Türkiye, this structure is supported by a strong dealer network and a sustainable service approach. We spoke with Murat Gürses, Türkiye Distributor of CHASING Poolmate and Pool Technologies Specialist, about the brand’s 2026 vision, product roadmap, and the ongoing transformation of the sector.
According to Murat Gürses, 2026 represents a clear turning point in pool technologies, marking a transition from “supportive” solutions to truly “decisive” systems. Gürses emphasizes that comfort-oriented technologies and professional solutions requiring continuous operability are now distinctly separated. Highlighting the renewed prominence of wired systems in medium and large-scale pools, he states: “Wired pool robots capable of operating for years without battery-related risks or performance loss will be indispensable in the professional segment as of 2026.”
CHASING Poolmate’s 2026 product strategy is built not on short-term trends, but on long-lasting performance, serviceability, and sustainable quality. Gürses summarizes this approach by saying, “Alongside technically enhanced versions of existing series, next-generation pool robot solutions are being incorporated into the product family in a controlled and strategic manner.” In line with this strategy, the product portfolio is planned to reach eight different models by 2026.
The product lineup includes the professional wired DTC Pro, the DTC Pro Hybrid offering flexible hybrid use, the UV-supported Hydro6 UV, the DT100 designed for semi-Olympic pools, and the fully cordless DTX Ultra, which combines artificial intelligence and LiDAR technologies. Gürses defines the key difference of the DTX Ultra from conventional cordless robots as follows: “DTX Ultra is not a random cleaner; it is a system that learns the pool, analyzes it, and optimizes its cleaning routes.”
Emphasizing that uninterrupted operation is the most critical expectation in professional pools, Gürses notes that models such as DTC Pro, Hydro6 UV, and DT100 form the foundation of professional cleaning standards in commercial and semi-Olympic pools. He also adds that hybrid solutions provide significant flexibility for pools with seasonally changing usage intensity.
On the software and user experience side, CHASING Poolmate offers a Turkish-language, customizable mobile application as a standard feature across all models. Gürses states that user and dealer feedback primarily highlights strong suction power, filtration performance, and long-term service reliability, summarizing the brand’s core value with these words: “For us, the real value is not offering a robot that cleans today, but delivering systems that can maintain the same cleaning performance five to ten years from now and that we can confidently stand behind.”
