A Holistic Approach to Long-Lasting Pool Systems by RCT Havuz

In commercial pool and SPA projects, long-term success depends not only on aesthetics but also on a well-designed engineering infrastructure. By adopting a holistic approach that integrates design, execution, and operation, RCT Havuz delivers projects that clearly stand out within the industry. Combining aesthetics with engineering expertise, the company places ease of maintenance, energy efficiency, and sustainable operation at the core of its design philosophy. In our conversation with RCT Havuz Founder Celal Türker, we discussed the role of sound engineering in pool and SPA projects, the impact of automation and remote monitoring systems, water quality management, and industry expectations for 2026. As Türker notes, “At RCT Havuz, our goal is not to provide short-term solutions, but to develop reliable and sustainable systems that create long-term value.”

At RCT Havuz, aesthetics are never approached independently from engineering. Celal Türker emphasizes that a high-quality pool must not only be visually appealing, but also capable of operating safely, efficiently, and reliably over many years. For this reason, every project begins with the careful definition of its technical infrastructure. Hydraulic calculations, mechanical system layouts, circulation times, filtration capacity, and maintenance accessibility are all thoroughly planned from the outset. Design decisions are then developed on top of this solid technical framework.

According to Türker, particularly in commercial pool and SPA projects, success should be measured not at the moment of delivery, but throughout the entire operational life of the system. Ease of maintenance, long service life, and aesthetics therefore need to be considered together. The accessibility of plant rooms, the strategic placement of equipment to facilitate servicing, and the selection of durable materials all provide significant long-term operational advantages. These technical requirements are integrated into each project without compromising architectural coherence.

Mechanical system design and equipment selection play a decisive role in energy efficiency, water quality, and operating costs. Türker explains that capacity suitability, energy performance, durability, and a reliable service network are the key criteria guiding equipment selection. Each project is evaluated based on its specific usage patterns and operational conditions, allowing RCT Havuz to develop tailored equipment configurations rather than relying on standard solutions. Automation and remote monitoring systems are viewed as indispensable elements of modern pool operation, enabling continuous monitoring of water parameters, optimized energy consumption, and early detection of potential issues. As a result, operating costs are reduced while water quality remains consistently stable.

Ensuring clean and healthy pool water is another core focus for RCT Havuz. Türker underlines that regular water analysis, automatic dosing systems, and accurate chemical management must function together as an integrated process. Long-term challenges—such as fluctuations caused by varying user loads, environmental influences, and irregular system checks—are addressed through structured maintenance programs and continuous monitoring. This approach supports the long-term stability of water chemistry and safeguards user health.

After-sales services are regarded as an essential extension of the project itself. As Türker states, “For us, project delivery is not the end of the process, but the first step toward ensuring that the system operates properly.” During commissioning, all mechanical and automation systems are comprehensively tested, and users are provided with detailed guidance. Ongoing technical support, periodic inspections, and consultancy services are then offered to ensure consistent system performance over time.

In SPA, sauna, and hammam projects, RCT Havuz places equal emphasis on user comfort and operational efficiency. Türker notes that automated temperature and humidity control systems, energy-efficient equipment, and atmospheric lighting solutions have seen increasing demand in recent years. These technologies enhance the user experience while enabling more controlled and efficient system management.

Reflecting on 2025, Türker describes it as a year in which RCT Havuz strengthened its infrastructure and further systematized its operational processes. Looking ahead to 2026, he identifies automation, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance as the primary focus areas. Türker concludes by reaffirming the company’s long-term vision: “By bringing together engineering, aesthetics, and operational efficiency, we will continue to make lasting contributions to the industry.”
